The Peanut 3 is used with Edge Drilling Machines, and CNC Nesting for perfect 45º and face-to-face connections. With alternative applications of 90º connections as well.

The Peanut 3 is a single-component, invisible connector and the optimum solution for large-scale manufacturers. It is designed for fast assembly and is compatible with end-drilling machines, auto-insertion machines, and large-scale production line insertion machines. The short dowel length makes it a very versatile connector, able to product perfect 45º, 90º, face-to-face, and end-to-end connections. The component is solid filled, meaning that it has no holes for screws or pins. Glue is recommended to be inserted within each 6mm hole and this allows all panels made with PEANUT components to be packed flat and depending on the tightness of the joint, can be reassembled.
