This machine is a CNC hinge boring machine that works from the bottom side of the door. The machine will have a laser function to measure the width of the Door and apply a parametric program to bore for the hinge. The back fence will incorporate Auto Sensors plus a top clamp for profiled parts. Barcoding is also included. The machine is equipped with heavy duty drill head for hinge aggregate, three drills, drilling from the bottom, Laser and Auto Start Sensors, 3 vertical drills on 64 mm centers, independently selectable., Excellent dust extraction and Top Clamp for absolute depth control
This machine features the OMAL parametric hinge drilling system for parametric laser measuring and variable assignment plus checking door length. This machine is equipped 3 axis control, vertical hinge drilling aggregate, and dual zones.
Machine has central drop down fence to process a full 7’ part, central lubrication and full PC control with Wood Systems Machine Interface.
