Lamello Cabineo 8 M6 Connectors

Cabineo 8 M6 is a one-piece cabinet connector which can be used with all CNC machines because only surface machining is required. The connector is ideal when joining wood composites with materials such as aluminium, steel or compact laminate. After installing the connector in the board, the pre-assembled metric screw is screwed into a threaded hole or a socket, using a cordless drill. Cabineo impresses with its time-saving processing and assembly as well as the high clamping force which leads to stable connections without the need for additional dowels.

The Cabineo 8 M6 is made specifically for wood, aluminum, steel, or compact laminate. It features an 8mm screw and an impressive clamping forces. In dividing panels, the screws reach into the same insert nut from both sides. The same connector and insert can be used everywhere for corner and dividing panels.

Similar to the Cabineo 8 and 12, the Cabineo 8 M6 is tapped into a drilled or routed shape. The main difference is that a threaded insert nut is placed into the hole of the second workpiece. This insert nut provides a stronger connection and clamping force, and prevents wear and tear of the workpiece during assembly and disassembly. For a one-piece connection without the threaded nut, choose Cabineo 8 or 12.

Cabineo may be covered with aesthetic cover caps, or parts may be inverted to allow for a completely invisible application. Because there is no pin or stud required with Cabineo, all components may be shipped to the jobsite as a true flat-pack, RTA solution. The M6 version of the Cabineo connector uses a metal helical insert or may be fastened directly into a tapped hole in metal furniture or fixture components.
