ZK713X, Zirconia Alumina, Cloth Backed, Cost-Effective Hybrid Abrasive Belts for Hardwoods and Metals, Grits #24 - #320

by VSM

ZK713X - X Weight Polyester/Cotton (Cloth Backing), Zirconia Alumina/Aluminum Oxide, Open Coating, Blue Color for Hardwoods and Metals.

The ideal workshop grinding belt for daily use with different workpieces and materials. Versatile use on various machines for dry grinding, for example when deburring sheets. High stock removal rates even with low contact pressure.

Zirconia was the most aggressive and durable abrasive grain until ceramic came along. It is still an excellent choice for heavy metal grinding/polishing of metals and material removal in hardwoods. Zirconia sanding belts are less costly than ceramic, and is the middle ground between aluminum oxide and ceramic in terms of price and longevity.

Available Grits: #24, #36, #40, #50, #60, #80, #100, #120, #150, #180, #220, #240, #320
