Our gasket material is available in convenient pre-cut rolls, sized to cover standard 4' x 8' vacuum tables.

When selecting gasket thickness, a general rule applies: thinner gaskets reduce surface flex but must still be thick enough to seal against surface inconsistencies during vacuum hold-down.

• 1/32" thickness – Ideal for smooth, flat materials such as plastics and aluminum or thin consistent materials

• 1/16" thickness – Suitable for wood, signs, lettering, plastics like HDPE and other materials with minor surface variation

To maintain proper vacuum pressure, it’s important to use a non-porous fixture board beneath the gasket material to minimize air leakage. MDF that has been lightly planed on both sides is ideal for most spoil boards.
