Jowat 114.60 - Automatic Dowel Insertion Adhesive

Jowat Jowacoll 114.60 is a water-based adhesive specifically formulated for automatic dowel driving equipment and applications that operate at low pressure. It works especially well with machines like Omal, Koch, Hoffmann, Lehbrink, Weeke and Accu systems. Due to the relative slow set speed, further processing of glued parts should not take place earlier than three hours after application. This powerful doweling glue is very versatile and joins a wide variety of established wood-based materials, such as particle boards and MDF, but also soft- and hard-textured wood substrates.
Applications: For automatic wooden dowel and plastic peanut 3 long connectors driving equipment operating at a low pressure of approximately 5-8 bar (70-120 psi).
Instructions: A small amount of adhesive may be applied directly to the PEANUT® 3 Long connector or into the drilled hole prior to insertion.
For applications requiring a permanent connection and increased joint strength, adhesive may also be applied within the PEANUT® slot.
As with any adhesive application, we recommend conducting preliminary testing with the customer's specific material and installation process to ensure compatibility and suitability for the intended application.
