The Leadermac M308 is a precision electronic measuring and setup stand designed to deliver the most accurate tool measurements in the grinding room. It features a video camera with an enhanced and large image on a 27” monitor offering a clear and accurate view of the knife, cutting edge, and grind quality. With 22x magnification, the system allows for thorough visual inspection and fine adjustments.
This two-axis measuring system captures both X and Y positions of the knife using advanced non-contact video and digital measurement technology. It also includes a built-in digital readout capable of calculating the radius and length measurements, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency.
The M308 comes with a heavy base for mounting and a unique sliding table platform that accommodates cutterheads up to 260 mm in diameter and 350 mm in length, with a maximum weight of 50 kg
