XCEL-EDGE XE3 Anti-Static and Cooling Agent

Application Location: After pressure roller station

Made in the USA, the XE3 is used with a machine spray system, this agent prevents static clinging of edgeband chips and sawdust to the panel or to the machine's blades and rollers during banding. It also aids in cooling the glued tape and joint.

It may also be used as a general-purpose cleaner for engineered wood panels with laminate surfaces. Dries quickly and cleanly in use. Before first use, please test with your edgebanding machinery spray systems for complete compliance. Please test flow rates to match your production speeds and material types.

Available Container Sizes: 1 Liter Bottle, 2 Liter Jug, 5 Gallon Pail and 55 Gallon Drum.

Hazmat Fee: Due to the flammable composition of these chemicals, a hazmat transportation fee has been applied to the shipping charges for any container larger than a 1-liter bottle. For this reason, we advise new customer's to purchase the 2-liter jug for their first time in order to get the container in place. Then purchase and refill it with the pail, which also gets a hazmat fee, but you get a lot more chemical for the same fee.
