The OMAL HBD 1300 Peanut Insert is a numerically controlled equipped with a Peanut Insert.

Three different available configurations:

• HBD 1300 PT - Peanut 3® insertion - 1 HZ Drill, 1 Axis, Laser & Auto Start
• HBD 1300 PTD - Peanut 3® insertion - 2 Hz Drills - 8x35mm Dowel - 2 Axis - Laser - Auto Start
• HBD 1300 PTR - Peanut 3® insertion - 2 Hz Drills - 8x35mm Dowel - Vert Router - 3 Axis - Pneumatic Fence - Laser - Auto Start

For true pendulum processing, equipped with 4 zones the lateral reference are drop-down to allow the operator to process up to 102" parts thanks to the Open Frame. Equipped with the Parametric Laser, Auto-Start, Auto Area-Selection, and OMAL Sure Shot revolver all included to provide to you the most efficient and quality-performance insertion machine on the market.
