Products can be returned within 14 days of shipping, and will be charged 20% of the item's original purchase price, as a restocking fee. Items must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Any items with visible signs of use, or damage, will not be accepted. You must reach out to our customer service team to receive return approval prior to shipping any items back. All approved items must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving return approval. The customer is responsible for any shipping expenses involved. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, refunds are given in the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy – WSI Machinery
Cancellations made after booking a machine will be subject to a fee of 10%. Special Orders placed with the Manufacturer will have a fee of 30%.
