Rapid Setting with Precise Results.

The Cantek PS515 programmable shaper is designed for those looking to change profiles and setups frequently throughout the day.  It is equipped with a quick change HSK spindle which allows for rapid removal and replacement of the cutting tool.  The programmable control allows for rapid setting of the spindle height as the operator can simply jog to the desired height or set and recall 99 programs with 9 individual settings in each program.  In addition, it comes with a quick setting fence which uses mechanical digital readouts for rapid fence position setting.

  • Forward / reverse spindle direction
  • Comes with (1) 1 ¼” spindle assembly (additional spindles with various spindle diameters are available upon request)
  • Adjustable finger type fence system to adjust around the cutterhead for optimal part support
  • Equipped with plug assembly for adding a CANTEK DC feeder and the table is pre-drilled to accept the feeder base

  • Comes with a miter gauge which runs in a guide on the table
  • Control panel is mounted on an overhead pedestal arm and is at eye level for operator convenience

  • Manual Setting: Simply jog the spindle up and down with the height being displayed on the controller
