The DW 3100 Horizontal Bore, Glue, and Dowel machine is a numerically controlled machine to drill, glue and insert dowels in rails for Doors. This machine can have one or two operating heads and will work simultaneously on one Stile or two Rails. This machine features the OMAL experience and design in heavy duty, highly accurate and reliable drilling and doweling machines. This machine is equipped with two 3 axis heads that work within the 3100mm field. Each unit has 3 axis control, Drill/Router Unit, Electrospoindle HSK F 63, Glue and dowel Insertion Unit
The machine has central drop down fence, central lubrication and full PC control with Wood Systems Machine Interface.
