Designed for high-precision clamping of tool shanks made from solid carbide or steel, this heat shrink tool holder delivers exceptional clamping force and outstanding runout accuracy of ≤ 0.003 mm (0.0001”). This level of precision is achieved through ultra-accurate manufacturing and the elimination of tolerance stacking typically caused by standard holders, collets, and collet nuts.
This tool comes pre-installed with an HSK-F 63 heat shrink tool holder, ensuring optimal precision and performance right out of the box. The heat shrink system provides exceptional runout accuracy, improving surface finish while extending tool life. By eliminating the need for routine collet replacements and reducing insert wear, this setup delivers long-term cost savings and maximum machining efficiency.
