The Cantek MRS-300 is a heavy-duty production multi-blade gang ripsaw built with a rigid industrial cast iron machine frame designed for maximum structural stability and vibration damping. It features a straight-line caterpillar-style track feeding system to ensure precise straight-line ripping over heavy use. Equipped with a removable saw sleeve system, the machine minimizes downtime by allowing rapid tooling changeovers between different ripping operations.

  • Advanced Feed System: Straight-line caterpillar feeding utilizes a heavy guided track with cast iron chain blocks and heat-treated, precision-ground steel connecting pins. 
  • Quick Change Setup: A removable saw sleeve configuration enables pre-setting blades, greatly accelerating operational transitions. 
  • Automatic Lubrication: Features a centralized automatic lubrication system that coats the chain and race assembly to ensure longevity and consistent movement. 
  • Star-Delta Starter: Includes an automatic Star-Delta starter for smooth, slow-speed motor initialization along with safe low-voltage controls. 
  • Operator Safety: Outfitted with three comprehensive sets of anti-kickback fingers (two positioned at the top and one at the bottom) paired with CE-style European guard profiling.
